I have a soreness of the foreskin. It seems to be related to urine.

It creates a tightness that makes it difficult and painful to retract the foreskin.

I wash after every passing of water wherever practical and I am using a general antiseptic ointment – Savalon – each evening.

I have suffered this condition twice before in the last three years and it cleared itself. The first episode lasted 10 days and the second three months.

You may also be suffering a simpler problem such as a urinary tract infection (UTI) or balanitis – infection and inflammation of the foreskin – alone.
